Leadership TipsLeadership
2. 1:35 The strategy begins to show some fruit. 3. 2:26 The team faces its first overwhelming obstacle, strong opposition during the advance (push-back). 4. 2:47 A DETRIMENTAL EVENT: The leader becomes distracted by his own personal agenda. In the movie, he sees the man who killed his son and shifts from leader/strategist to an operative on the field. 5. 3:00 The team begins to retreat but the leader is unaware of it due to his tunnel vision. It takes one of his trusted leaders to bring his focus back to the big picture. 6. 3:17 A KEY MOMENT: The leader, putting his own agenda to the side, runs back to the front to motivate the team. This puts himself in greater danger but inspires the others to act. 7. 4:14 He waves the banner of the cause AND becomes the most visible man on the field. All this for the sake of victory. 8. 4:30 The tide turns and the victory is won. 9. 5:12 Only after the victory is assured does the leader return to his own agenda. The battle is yours to win. Pray, strategize, and take the field for the Lord... |
